December 2024: The bees are just waking up in the northern hemisphere, so it will be a few months before 2024 honey is ready, but most apiaries have plenty from the last season in stock

create a wonderfully unique, light honey. As August turns to September the bees bring in goldenrod, aster, and Japanese knotweed, producing an
amber, more robust flavored, honey. In cooperation with other beekeepers who have the same standards of beekeeping and honey handling practices,

variation in our honey, but variation depending on where each hive prefers to forage. There are many acres of undisturbed woods and wetlands for
